🎨 Exploring Inner Demons Through Art Therapy I recently completed a piece of artwork titled "Devils Within" after a low-dose ketamine session. This piece is an exploration of the internal demons we all face. The essence of inner turmoil, where sorrow, calm, and rage coexist, each vying for dominance. A reminder of the complexity of the human psyche and the ongoing struggle to maintain balance amidst our inner chaos. The battle between different emotional states while the β€œself” acts as a mediator trying to balance these extremes, striving to stay composed while chaos rages around it. Art therapy is a wonderful integration tool for those undergoing psychedelic sessions. It provides a creative outlet to process and express the profound experiences and insights gained during these sessions. This piece was inspired by my readings of Modern Man in Search of a Soul by Carl G. Jung and the commencement of The Red Book. Through art therapy, I've been able to navigate the depths of my consciousness, bringing clarity and healing to my journey. Art therapy allows us to connect with our inner selves, facilitating a deeper understanding of our emotions and experiences. It's a powerful modality for integration, helping to translate the often abstract and intense psychedelic experiences into tangible expressions. I encourage anyone interested in psychedelic integration to explore art therapy as a tool for healing and self-discovery. 🌟 #PsychedelicIntegration #ArtTherapy #MentalHealth #SelfDiscovery #HealingJourney #Psychedelics #KetamineTherapy #CarlJung #ModernManInSearchOfASoul #TheRedBook
