I've always had a natural tendency to focus on creating and leading rather than seeking attention. However, as a leader, I've pushed myself to step in front, be on podcasts, speak, and stand as the face of the company. This journey has been about embracing my role as a thought leader, even when it's outside my comfort zone and pushing me to grow as a person. Recently, I took another step forward by having a personal branding session with Chelsea Elizabeth Photography—my first true professional business photo shoot. Initially, I hesitated to share these pictures, but I realized the importance of showing up authentically as a founder and leader. Personal branding is not just about self-promotion; it's about being visible and relatable, allowing people to connect with the real person behind the brand. Around the same time, I took The Founder Success Survey (https://www.dreamore.io/foundersuccess), a new powerful tool from that uses science to predict the success of a startup team based on personality types. The survey provided deep insights into my entrepreneurial strengths and also highlighted that I'm not naturally an attention seeker—something anyone who knows me can attest to. I was reminded me of the importance of stepping into the spotlight as a leader and entrepreneur. There are moments when I need to say, "Here I am," and confidently claim my space as a thought leader for myself and my company. This branding session was a significant step in embracing this aspect of leadership. I'm excited to share these photos with you all, as they represent not just my professional image but also my journey toward showing up fully and authentically in every aspect of my work. #femalefounder #leader #thoughtleadership #founder #startup hashtag#womenleaders #growth #growthmindset #vulnerability #startupfounder #cpg #femalefounders
